So, short post today- much like this work out!
This is one of my most favorite HIIT workouts because it's short, to the point, and leaves you sore the next day! Plus, it's super easy to talk yourself into if you don't feel like doing anything because it's short, simple movements, but when combined leave your muscles talking to you the next day!
30 minute HIIT:
KB Goblet Squat 5-10 reps
KB Swing 10-20 reps
KB Single Leg Romanian Deadlift 10 reps/side
Walking Lunges (bodyweight or loaded with KB’s) 10 reps/side
Push-ups 10 reps
Side crunch with weight 20 reps/side
Hanging Straight Leg Raises 10-12 reps
Plank 30 seconds
Break

Walking Lunges (bodyweight or loaded with KB’s) 10 reps/side
